Just WHAT is involved in being a Foster Parent?
(Rena lives with Uncle Max and her Foster Parents Leah and Viv. She was shown and finished while living with them).
As a breeder, every breeding that is achieved and each puppy that is produced
at Khani's Basenjis, has the potential to be the *next great showdog*
Unfortunately, we can't keep all the dogs ourselves.
But, fortunately for those looking to have the love and attention
of
a basenji or two in their home, we are able to make some of
these basenjis available to Foster Homes.
Both males and females may be available to Foster Homes.
All Foster Homes must be within the Portland/Vancouver metropolitan area.
We may have puppies, yearlings, and/or adults available at any given time.
Most of our dogs are red/white or black/white.
Brindle/Whites may be
available on occasion and Tris may be available in the future.
BB (above left), FireBall (middle) and Tank (above right) are available to Foster homes in the Portland area.
FireBall and BB would be considered for placement together as they love each other dearly.
They all love children and girl dogs and would like to be your pet!
