Groovy was a nearly 8-year old male
that was killed by a cougar on 11/26/2007.
We are sad to hear of his passing,
but also know that Groovy had a happy healthy life and
didn't meet a child, dog, cat or person he didn't like...
His passing brings a sadness to our hearts..
but we do hope to have a Groovy legacy in the future!

towards
his AKC Field Championship... he is seeking that elusive major to finish! (above
right).
Groovy in August 2000 (above
left) winning Winners Dog and Best of Winners at his 2nd dog
show! This was at the Evergreen Basenji Club specialty... was a fantastic
win for an 8-month old puppy!
Groovy at the tender age of 4 months old... what a beautiful puppy boy is was...
and as you can see above.. he just got better and better! (above right).
